My client is currently embarking on a period of transformation and change and as s result that are looking for an Interim Leadership Manager for an initial interim period.
You will be responsible for diagnosing current leadership capabilities and identify business needs for leadership development. You will design and deliver development programmes, evaluate current leadership interventions and propose follow up interventions to ensure behaviour change is embedded in the business. You will also devise measurement techniques and tools to asses the effectiveness of leadership interventions and gain stakeholder buy in to any new interventions proposed.
With experience of working in a Leadership capacity within a blue chip organisation, you will have previous experience of influencing change and leading projects. As a Ideally you will hold a masters qualification and be CIPD qualified and have experience of leading OD Projects large scale organisations. Ideally understanding of unionised business would be desirable as would experience of applying psychometric instruments into an organisation. This position will be to start as soon as possible.
