Our client a global brand have a new and fantastic opportunity for a Change Consultant to lead on a new change initative.
Lead the organisational design (as is / to be), lead the transition into new era, process analysis / mapping, and communications across users / stakeholders.
This requires an experienced change management manager with proven project management skills who can lead business representatives in the development of a future solution, potentially including process and organisation changes, develop an implementation plan that balances the need for early benefits with the management of business risk coupled with managing the implementation in an area where the may be significant change management challenges involving current staff and senior stakeholders.
To be successful within the role you will need to be able to demonstate strong project management skills, a hands-on leader, be objective, a pragmatic problem solver who can think through complex design and implementation problems and develop practical solutions.
