Can you provide innovative Talent Management solutions, policies and products across the world? Your key areas of focus will be on enhancing the effectiveness of key processes for resourcing, succession management and development planning. Supporting two Talent Managers, you will participate in the development of global expertise processes and assess implications of global expertise projects for your clients - the marketing and R&D client groups. You will also be responsible for strengthening the talent supply and pipeline at all levels, as well as identifying appropriate metrics to be tracked. No matter who you are or where in the world you are, the chances are that my clients' products are a familiar part of your daily routine. My client has some of the most innovative, inspiring people in the industry and in HR you'll support and develop those people, enabling them to deliver outstanding business performance.
