A large financial services organization is looking for a Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include:
Establish and reinforce company branding at target university campuses;
Build and manage relationships with faculty, careers services, student societies & clubs;
Work with Swiss and US counterparts on development of the graduate and internship programmes;
Manage application screening for all graduate and PhDs & coordinate selection process for all hires; and
Design and implement graduate induction programme and further development programmes for graduate recruits.
The successful candidate will:
Have a background in Graduate Recruitment and Development;
Have worked at a managerial level;
Be experienced when dealing with all aspects of the process, from attraction through to offer stage and then monitoring the grads along their rotations; and
Have worked in the Financial Services industry.
