Our client is a leading international consultantcy with a diverse range of practice capability. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join the firm with a view to having overall responsibility for the firm`s L&D strategy. The role has a global re-mit and key responsibilities will include supporting the firm`s international offices to ensure that training and other development initiatives are implemented and meet local as well as firm-wide needs. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Learning and Development Manager with experience in the legal industry. Candidates should possess a degree and be CIPD or part qualified.
