One of the most prestigious private banks in the UK is looking for a management consultant who specialises in Learning and Development to take a leading role in the implementation of one of the largest projects in the banks history. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Learning and Development associated with the project. This will involve analysing, designing and evaluating training and ensuring that delivery is in line with the companys direction.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience of Project Management. They will have managed systems/procedures training in the past and have a record of successful delivery.
