Job Description

Our client a global professional services organisations looking to recruit a Learning and Development Consultant to join the Learning and Development team on a permanent basis with the intention of starting as soon as possible

We are looking for a Learning and development professional who has proven design and delivery skills, who will be involved in the development of new consultants and assist in the design of sales training for experienced consultants across the business. You will be involved in creating an environment of self-development and evaluate training to ensure effective ROI. The ideal candidate will be CITP qualified with experience working with in a fast paced commercial environment. You will need to have an understanding of a target driven environment and have the credibility to build relationships at all levels within an organisation.
