Learning & Development Advisor - Professional Services

£35-40,000 + attractive benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at one of the preferred and well respected professional services organisations in the country who continue to win countless awards both across the firm and within HR.
This role is to play a key part in the development, implementation and administration of the firm's
learning and development programme and to help ensure that the department provides a high
quality service to all the divisions. You will also help maintain and ensure that the Training intranet
site is kept up to date on a timely basis, including 'on line' course materials as well as administering
the online e-learning products used by the firm as part of the induction process and the firm-wide
learning and development programme.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong learning and
development background from either a large corporate or ideally a partnership environment. Other
industries that would be considered are finance, retail or customer services orientated
organisations.
