Job Description

The successful candidate within this Financial Services organisation in the City of London will manage a Learning & Development team, co-ordinate with our Gloabl business line initiatives and work with the HR Managers to deliver training solutions to the London platform.

- Manage the co-ordination of the Talent programme regionally
- Work with the HR Managers to find solutions for local training and development requirements
- Design and co-ordinate creative development solutions eg mentoring programmes, CEO Clubs etc, networking.
- Support all in-house and external training courses
- Manage the Training supplier PSL and review meetings.
- Manage and co-ordinate all coaching for managers - Director level and above

The successful candidate will have;
- Experience in a Financial institution
- Previous experience in a client service focused organisation
- Proven experience in an administrative position
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Has consistently managed multiple tasks
- Experience within an international / cross-cultural organisation

Our client is a Financial Services organisation in the City of London

£65K- £75K plus benefits

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents. Experience in either Markets, Asset Management, or Operational infrastructure will be very beneficial please outline your experience in these area when applying.
