A dynamic financial services company based in London has experienced a rapid growth over the last couple of years. As a result, a new role has been created for a Management Development Trainer to join the team and lead on all management development. As Management Development Trainer you will have: Experience of delivery of management development training Flexibility to develop a newly created role Confidence and credibility to work with managers from all areas of the business The ability to build relationships High standards of quality and accuracy Resilience You will be responsible for: Delivery of all management development courses Work closely with the training team on delivering other courses as required Manage the L&D calendar Reviewing and developing training courses c-swt-76853
