Operations Coordinator within Learning and Development, 8 Months Fixed Term Contract One of the UK's leading professional services firms are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join the Human Resources Team. They now have an exciting new 8 month fixed term contract opportunity that has arisen for an Operations Coordinator within Learning and Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to day operational co-ordination of a busy programme management team. The team of 15 will be located in Embankment and is part of the Professional Shared Services Learning and Development team. The successful candidate must demonstrate: Solid training event and project management experience A thorough understanding of all the key steps required to deliver an event and experience of known associated risks Strong reporting and analytical skills A high degree of attention to detail is essential The ability to proactively plan and organise your own workload and the workloads of others with minimal supervision The successful candidate's primary focus will be to concentrate on supervising and coordinating the team's daily activities and workflow in order to manage the delivery of the day to day business' priorities, whilst proactively demonstrating a risk management mindset.
