Here is a fantastic opportunity for an ‘exceptional' Global Training & Development Manager to join this leading international luxury brand fashion house with an operation based throughout the UK, Europe, US and Asia.

Based within their London head office, this is a new role introduced to develop the quality of service, sales and product training worldwide. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of Global Services, Product and Sales training. Essential is your ability to write and develop training material.

The Training Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales, Service and Product Training to develop and role out the service and sales training globally. This role will have two direct reports and there will be some international travel.

The ideal candidate must come from a luxury brands, or high end customer service background. Degree educated with fluency in one European language is a must. Previous experience in designing, developing training and the ability to demonstrate initiative and champion excellence is essential.
