An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning & development professional to work with a leading forward thinking financial services organization in Bournemouth. The role sill be supporting learning & development initiatives across the organization and leading the support team and processes.
You will providing leadership innovation and delivery in learning and development consistent with the business needs and priorities. The post holder will optimize the value and contribution of learning and development to LV= and help deliver profitable growth.
You will be supporting and deputizing with the Head of Learning & development in strategic areas and leading the support team in order to provide a quality L&D support service to HR and the business.

The essential qualities are
•Degree or equivalent, CIPD or equivalent recognized training qualification
•Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, to enable demonstration of credibility in the role and ability to influence at a senior level.
•Strong project management skills and experience of managing external resources and third party suppliers.
•Understanding of FSA and other appropriate regulatory bodies requirements in relation to learning & development.
•Strong commercial skills with experience of sourcing suppliers and managing third party delivery and financials
•Track record of successful team management
•Expertise in one or more areas of Learning and Development – Talent management, Performance management, coaching & mentoring, executive development, learning design, e-learning etc
•Track record of successful team leadership and people management
