The Background
One of the World’s leading insurance organisations are currently seeking an
E-Learning professional to take responsibility for the development and implementation of technology to ensure an online learning management system is implemented globally.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of L&D you will be responsible for the development and implementation through technology of the LMS system and the design and delivery of L&D programmes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Rolling out the learning management system (LMS) globally
Develop and manage the global LMS content
Identify and introduce alternative technology to deliver the L&D curriculum globally including web casts and web seminars
Responsible for the management of the core curriculum that will be delivered by LMS
Partner with key areas of the business to establish the L&D relationship to help skills, gaps and remedies
Design specific programmes that support classroom based learning
The Person
Of graduate calibre, with proven experience of providing an expert consultancy service gained within a large corporate environment, you will have an expert knowledge learning management systems (LMS) and have proven experience of implementing and building the systems together with experience of managing and implementing an online talent and performance management system. You will be a strategic thinker and have the ability to influence key stakeholders and manage and influence change effectively. You will be a commercially focussed professional who is flexible in your approach and willing to travel in the UK and abroad.
This is a great opportunity for an L&D professional to autonomously to take the lead on the LMS for this international leading organisation.
