Global Head of Learning & Development
Circa £65,000 plus benefits

In order to deliver an exciting growth and change agenda, our client is seeking a strategic Learning & development specialist to work with the Global HR Director to develop the L&D strategy.
Providing advanced technology and engineering solutions to the energy and utility sector, our client recognises and values the role of L&D in enabling the future success of this business.
Proactive and, highly organised, you will work with regional HR and management teams to assess the current capabilities - developing interventions and frameworks to bridge gaps and deliver performance improvement; you will also coach senior managers to improve leadership capability and to build a customer and commercial orientated culture.
With well-developed conceptual thinking and influencing skills, you have proven ability to work at pace; delivering frameworks and tools to support the implementation of the Learning and Development strategy.
Their ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have broad experience of delivering learning and development solutions in a multi-cultural environment.
