We are currently working with a progressive Professional Services organisation who are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Professional to head the team through a significant period of change, The individual will be required on an Interim basis for 6 – 8 months.and reporting directly in to the HR Director.
Role overview:
•Review existing strategy and the provision of learning and development within this prestigious organisation.
•Key focus will be on establishing a robust performance management process.
•Gain agreement to an approach that supports business objectives
•Embed delivery of development programme which accredits staff as professional managers within the business
•To assess existing plans for other training and development (including technical skills)
•Agreed assessment of current L&D strategies against individual business plans
•To identify and gain certification to a established third party accreditation for continuing development of professional managers that supports delivery of the agreed Learning and Development strategy
Person Specification
•Previous experience in T & D strategies is essential
•Training and Development Analysis within complex organisations
•A proven track record in Competency definition
•Design and Delivery of robust L&D
•Evaluation of Business objectives
•Proven ability to communicate and influence at senior level
•Be able to lead and motivate successful teams
•Influence internally and externally to gain acceptance to courses
•Must have accreditation or accredited qualifications in professional management
