Prestigious professional services in the East Midlands seeks a competent Learning and Development Manager to join a successful team covering the Midlands.
Responsibilities;
•Delivery of firm wide inductions and supporter of the continuous improvement of department inductions.
•Take ownership of trainee development programme and delivery in timely fashion
•Support and develop the annual appraisal programme
•Assist with all L+D related projects from implementation to delivery
•Cover all KPI and management information reporting in relation to L+D activity.
•Support and coach the L+D work group
•Report all L+D activity, budgets and challenges to the HR Director
Requirements;
Proven understanding of the full training cycle
Experience of managing and coaching training teams/functions
Degree level or equivalent CIPD qualification required
Proven track record for design, delivery and evaluating training activity
