Learning and Development Advisor
£24,918 to £27,291 pa

bpha is a leading housing association committed to supporting the learning and development of all its staff. As an accredited Investor in People, we are looking to strengthen and enhance this commitment with the appointment of a Learning and Development Advisor.
In this new role within the HR team, you will be responsible for the identification of training needs across the organisation as well as the design, development and delivery of a significant proportion of this training. You will also act as an advisor to managers and staff on learning and development matters and provide coaching and mentoring on an ad hoc basis.
You will be a skilled communicator with a positive can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships both internally and externally. Ideally you must have previous training experience.
