Job Description

My client provides a comprehensive service to their diverse client group on a global basis. Due to a recent restructure, the are currently looking to recruit a Learning and Development business partner to manage the learning process across a number of distinct business units on a national basis.

Based from home but in a truly national role, you will ensure all learning requirements are planned developed and actioned, being the single point of contact across the business segments working as a true learning partner with your stakeholders and executive teams. You will manage all L & D processes, into the business areas for both on going and one off campaigns, attend all operational and HR meetings developing influential relationships and delivering a solutions orientated learning approach reflecting current and future strategic plans. You will deliver a full monthly review on all activity conducted and planned , and own the IIP action plans for the business insuring standards are continually met.

With previous Learning business partner experience on a national basis you will have the ability to consult with stakeholders to develop and gain buy in to solutions. You will have a strong commercial and business understanding ideally gained within a matrix style organisation. With proven experience of gaining HRD credibility you will have the ability to negotiate and collaborate with a complex range of stakeholders, and develop strategic plans and tactical actions for the business areas.
