Learning and Development Manager: Human Resources
£35,000 to £35,000
Based in Edinburgh
Ellis Fairbank's specialist HR division are looking for a Learning and Development Manager. This is a permanent role, based in Edinburgh.
You will be responsible for heading up and building a strong L&D function with in this well known organisation. Reporting to the HR Director, who you will get the lead from with regards to overall strategy, your remit will be to provide the L&D provision across the organisation.
You will be expected to get inside the organisation and get to know the customers in this diverse organisation.
Experience of delivering change initiatives, project work and you must be confident and inspiring on your feet.
