Learning and Development Business Partner Geneva, Switzerland A global Financial Services organization is looking for a Learning and Development Manager/Business Partner to join their team in Geneva on a permanent basis. You will head up the function in Geneva and your responsibilities will include: To be the primary point of contact for the Geneva platform business areas and support the global L,L&D team in developing the product capabilities; Diagnose, analyse, prioritise, source and evaluate their development needs and related solutions; Develop a thorough understanding of the business objectives; Support the development of a Learning & Development strategy; Develop and drive a cohesive L&D front to back strategy; Effective delivery of learning solutions, at pace to exceed client expectations. The successful candidate will: Have a background within Learning and Development or Training; Have a Financial Services background, ideally Investment Banking; Be highly commercial; Be used to working in a fast paced, growing organization; Speak fluent French and English essential. You do NOT need prior experience of working in Switzerland.
