Training/Learning and Development Co-Ordinator/Manchester/Temporary
Experienced and highly organised Co-ordinator required for busy training function of a public sector organisation based in the city centre. Required to provide in depth administrative support to the team you will ideally have previous administrative experience in either the training & development arena or a possibly a busy recruitment agency. You will be expected to assist the department in all aspects of their work including developing suitable training programmes for staff, provision of data and statistics and to assist with research where necessary. A clear understanding of the learning & development area of HR together with excellent administration and communication skills are pre-requisites for this role. Working in a challenging and sometimes demanding environment you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast paced role.
