Working for one of the Region?s largest professional services sector clients working closely with local government in the provision of support and resource throughout the entire Cheshire Region. Our client are currently experiencing a period of expansion and as such require a Learning and Development professional to manage specific projects across the business.
Your duties whilst not exhaustive will include -
- Analysing existing training needs for both operations and back office employees in line with business objectives
- Producing reports for the L+D division covering resources, specific projects and development stages
- Provide a specialist expertise to the organisation as a whole ensuring development is current and up to date
- Develop and implement specific action plans within the Division
The role is going to involve a mixture of communication with Snr Mgrs within the business and the roll-out of specific plans throughout the business.
Ideal applicant will have previous experience of working within a Learning and Development capacity and be able to communicate at a senior level. You will also be familiar with the design and implementation if internal L+D projects. Learning and Development professionals from all backgrounds and sectors are welcome to apply for this role.
