Our client, a leading financial services organisation with 480 branches and three call centres with over 3500 people are looking for a Training and Development Manager to work in conjunction with the Director of HR to create a robust training and development infrastructure which is flexible enough to meet the evolving business needs and cope with high volumes of activity. As well as creating T&D materials you will also develop an annual T&D plan for the business which links into corporate strategic objectives. Your team will be located across the UK and the continued motivation, management and development of this key group is crucial. The remit of this role covers everything from induction training for new starters to management development, high volume activity to support the branch network and call centres to a more tailored approach. Ideally CAP/CITY qualified (although not essential if qualified by experience), you will have a keen eye for detail, strong influencing and communications skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment.
