Head of Learning and Development Hertfordshire £60,000 plus car allowance, bonus and bens Our client, is one of the world's leading renewable energy developers, and work across the globe to develop, construct and operate projects that contribute to the vision of a sustainable future. Because of their growth plans, they are looking for a Head of Learning and Development, to work closely with the HR Director. This newly created role is responsible for leading and implementing a business-focussed Learning and Development Strategy that will make a demonstrable contribution to business success across Europe. Your focus will be to establish effective working relationships with senior stake holders across the group in order to develop, implement and manage a Group Leadership Development Programme, Group Appraisal process and develop Learning and Development systems, processes and interventions which will equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to enhance their own and the business's performance. However, there will also be an element of hands on delivery of training programmes, in line with the business needs, particularly in the early stages. Our client is looking for a graduate & MCIPD or equivalent significant Learning and Development experience, within a technically complex blue chip organisation.
