Job Description

Our client is a high-end engineering / manufacturing organisation with a global presence.

They are now driving forward their UK Learning & Development Strategy and have identified a need for a high calibre L&D professional to work with the business to provide support to the senior management team through cost effective learning solutions.

This role will be mainly project driven and will be responsible for the UK talent review; analysing the existing management development programmes in line with current and future business needs and designing, delivering and developing training programmes which enhance and shape leadership skills for all UK Managers

It is essential that the successful candidate will have considerable experience within a Matrix organisation, and will have the ideas and strategic vision to influence senior managers within the UK. An understanding of high end manufacturing is key, to fully understand the internal client group.
