A highly established reputable company is seeking Learning and Development Manager to join an innovative division. This is a newly created role within the HR structure therefore will give you the opportunity to work on a creative aspect and be autonomous within the role. You will be responsible for 2 London based sites and liaise closely with the European Learning and Development Manager to devise and implement a training strategy across all staff levels. You will be also accountable for an Advisor and Coordinator therefore previous line management experience would be an advantage with the ability to communicate at all levels. The role predominately focuses on technical training and you will responsible for designing workbooks for the blue collar associate population. If you possess an understanding of the manufacturing environment and have the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business then this could be the role for you. The suitable candidate would have experience of technical training and have the capability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
