Job Description
Hr Staff Search requires a resourceful, structured L&D Manager to manage the London day to day activities as well as provide guidance and support for the businesss global HR community. If you can lead and manage multiple projects and committed to further building the L&D function read on.
My client is a highly successful worlds leading international commodity traders, specialising in oil, minerals and metals market, with over 51 offices in 35 different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and north, Central and South America. You will be providing support and training solutions for individuals, teams/department and the company as a whole, provide direction, communication, planning, delivery and follow up of L & D for the group via in house and external suppliers. You will also be required to further develop and execute the development on the L&D infrastructure globally. As part of your wider remit you will be expected to contribute proactively to business development, individual development, proposition development and play a pivotal role in further broadening their capabilities in this field.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, a CIPD qualification is preferred and understand the learning and development strategies. Proven extensive experience within a Learning and Development role is required along with proven confident in Project Management.
