The Role
You will provide a comprehensive “front of house” service including meeting and greeting internal and external customers. You will be responsible for presenting a positive corporate image and for the presentation of the Reception area and effective switchboard service. You will assist in the provision of confidential secretarial, word processing, and other administrative support services to the HR team as directed by the HR Manager.
The Person
You will be flexible and be able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office package – Word, Excel, Power Point, with a high standard of personal presentation and strong organizational skills.
