Having recently enhanced our HR offering, we have an exciting opportunity for a learning & development professional to make a real impact within our organisation. Reporting to our newly appointed HR Director, you will be working across the entire learning spectrum, from initial organisational training needs analysis through to design and delivery, to include leadership development and succession planning interventions. You will help implement a newly formed HR strategy and champion the learning & development agenda, reinforcing a learning culture across the ICE Group to enable it to achieve industry recognised accolades, such as IIP and The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies awards.
To ensure the success of this role involvement in leadership development, talent management and succession planning plus experience of developing performance improvement tools is essential. You will be a skilled communicator with an excellent relationship management style and will be commercially astute with a passion for adding value. As an experienced L&D professional, you will be attracted to the fresh and autonomous nature of this role, within a fast paced and diverse organisation.
