We are currently now shortlisting candidates an exceptional opportunity within a rapidly expanding organisation based in London. As part of their ongoing development they require a Head of Learning & Development to design and implement learning & development strategy in line with the overall objectives of the organisation.
Experience in the design and implementation and operation of learning and development strategy is essential, ideally gained within an international sales organisation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at board level are essential, as is international exposure and evidence managing a large team.
