Huxley Associates are a leading specialist within the HR, Accountancy and ICT Markets. We are currently now shortlisting candidates an excellent opportunity with a professional services organisation based in Central London. Due to their ongoing growth they require a Head of Recruitment and Development to design, develop and implement recruitment and development strategy.
The role is split 50/50 between recruitment and training and development and will require an integrated and strategic approach. You will need to demonstrate the ability to successfully design and implement both recruitment and development strategy, ideally within a professional services environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at board level are essential and international exposure is a distinct advantage.
