Our client, one of Europe's leading professional services firms are looking for a Head of Resourcing Director to join their team in Moscow, Russia. With an outstanding International reputation for their value service to clients, their investment in their people, this firm is an exceptional employer.
The rapid expansion combined with current market conditions ensure that demand for talent is extremely high therefore an effective Head of Resourcing is required to lead this fight for our client.
The role will require a great deal of energy and creativity as you will play a major role in the development of recruitment operations and recruitment strategy that will have a significant impact on the growth of the business over the coming years through the acquisition of people. You will have substantial senior level human capital experience, ideally gained in a major multinational organisation where the acquisition and retention of talent is a major determinant of the success of the organisation. Experience of working in the Russian market would be strongly desirable. It is mandatory that you have experience of recruiting and retaining large numbers of highly qualified staff in a developing market or a fiercely competitive one through the creation and management of creative, innovative and cost effective solutions.
The role requires fluency in Russian.
