Our client, a not for profit organisation in central London is seeking an exceptional individual to join their new structure.
An experienced Learning and Development professional, you will work closely with the HR team to develop a people performance improvement plan. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that employee engagement is high, improving induction processes and looking at innovative ways of introducing learning and development interventions that will really add value.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the management of the recruitment contract and ensuring that cost efficiencies continue to be maintained. The remit of this post also includes some internal communication and specific projects such as leading on the employee survey,
