This Public sector organisation is looking for an interim Learning & Development Manager for a period of 6 months.
You will be responsible for managing the training and development team. You will be; contributing towards and delivering the Training & Development Strategy, designing and implementing management development programmes for a variety of levels and ensuring that mandatory training is implemented to be in line with best practice.
The successful candidate will be MCIPD, have a proven track record of undertaking training needs analyses together with experience of developing training and development strategies and annual training plans in line with business objectives.
