My NHS client based in North London is looking for an Interim Learning & Development Manager for an initial period of 3 months.
This role is required to support the transition to a new organisational structure and determine the support required to deliver strategic aspects of employee development and the statutory requirements for the Knowledge Skills Framework (KSF).
Key to re-orienting and modernising HR will be a review of basic L & D processes and procedures and how systems and programme delivery support the Trust's strategic objectives.
This role is central to creating a stable operational platform to progress the wider review that is required of HR.
Projects
L & D Review
The review of learning and development arrangements is required to ensure that it is efficient and supports the development of employees now and in the future to deliver the Trust's objectives. Specific areas include the areas listed below. The list is not meant to be exhaustive and during the course of the review other important areas may arise;
Develop performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the learning and development provision in relation to business objective.
