This role is required to support the transition to a new organisational structure and determine the support required to deliver strategic aspects of employee development and the statutory requirements for the Knowledge Skills Framework (KSF).

Key to re-orienting and modernising HR will be a review of basic L & D processes and procedures and how systems and programme delivery support the Trust's strategic objectives.

This role is central to creating a stable operational platform to progress the wider review that is required of HR.

  1. Review current learning and development provision and assess whether it meets the Trusts requirements to develop employees to deliver the core Trust objectives.
