My large corporate client is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Learning & Development HR Business Partner to join them in a new role following a period of exciting HR Transformation.
The successful candidate will come from a large corporate background and will have excellent experience of driving change and strategy at senior stakeholder level, with demonstrable results and commercial impact.
You will be required to do management development to a degree (looking at things such as compliance and people management etc) but this is not a traning delivery role as such and is much more focussed on building relationships with the senior stakeholders and helping the business move away from purely activity focussed L&D.
The ideal candidate will be a high energy influencer capable of impacting on a business in the middle of change as well as being commercially savvy. You will have looked at how business plans for the next 12-18 months can be planned for, and driven by, L&D functions.
You will come from a L&D background, though it is possible that you may be currently working as a generalist HRBP.
The client is open to applications from different industry sectors, but ideal sectors may include Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Facilities management, Logistics etc but within corporate organisations as the stakeholders here are high level individuals.
The position is headquartered in London but you will be essentially homebased and required to travel around the country under a national remit, but primarily focussed on London, Hertfordshire and the North West Hub in Manchester.
The ideal candidate may therefore be based in the midlands.
The position comes with a basic salary of £48K with a generous car allowance and excellent benefits package.
