Learning & Development Manager
£45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
London
Our client, an internationally renowned specialist law firm is recruiting a L&D Manager to be based in their Head Office in Central London. Due to the current incumbent leaving to return to their country of origin, this is the ideal opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager from a legal or professional services background or with a proven track record within a company going through a big change programme.
The firm is going through a huge period of organisational change and has begun a programme of roll outs across the country. One roll out has been completed and the next one is at the end of October, followed by London in the spring of 2009. They are also introducing a new Management training programme that will need input and development by the new L&D Manager.
The candidate must enjoy developing and delivering training and be a charismatic and motivational leader. They will be leading a small team in London plus a team of Training Champions throughout the country.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenge that change brings and the pleasure of seeing the success of these changes.
