This role will involve the supporting of the Business to drive business performance, through the effective design or management of the design, of training and development products and programmes. The business performance is indicated through relevant metrics that are currently in place within the business such as financial, customer, people, and operational. Our client is looking for experience in the following areas:
• Project management
• Learning Design
• Team working
• Contracting and Consulting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Time management and personal organisation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
