This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full learning and development programme including talent management, performance management and graduate development. The role also involves organising and coordinating learning and development solutions, needs analysis, design and delivery.
You will be a highly organised self-starter, be pro active and able to work well on your own initiative. Success in a learning and development role with needs analysis, design and delivery is essential. The successful candidate will be of degree calibre and ideally working towards or CIPD qualified.
