This is a very exciting opportunity for experienced l&d professionals, with solid experiences and progressive ideas to assist the organisation in moving forward. Their will assist in the development of the function across the region in assisting, whilst liasing and supervising the rollout of projects across other global regions and engaging and motivating those regions. Furthermore they will implement the talent management processes, identifying potential using correct criteria and ensuring the career development potential. Educate partners and staff in proactively developing their teams and learning potential. Participate in the design of training programs for clients. Focus on the learning needs of the populations at all levels.
