Learning & Development Manager

Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to work hand in hand with fee earners. The Learning & Development Manager will be happy in one breath to be organising external training facilitators and in the other personally coaching fee earners one on one.
The fee earners face constant professional and commercial challenges and the Learning & Development Manager will be a true business partner with a sharp focus, a bag full of learning interventions and an ability to slice through the personal and organisational blocks that deter growth, progress and delivery. The Learning & Development Manager will achieve this with energy, creativity and commercial realism.
