The organisation:
A world leading organisation has a rare opportunity for a part time L & D Manager - 25hrs per week.
The Role:
As the L & D Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the ongoing maintenance of the L & D course calendar. You will be providing counselling and coaching, assist with budget planning and be proactive in engaging with the Business regarding their specific training needs. You will also be responsible for managing the relationships with the HR Shared Service Centre, suppliers and external contractors.
Experience:
Demonstrated L & D experience in a Professional Services environment. Experience of budget planning, monitoring and forecasting, team management, proven project management skills, good consultancy skills.
