This Global financial services organisation requires an experienced Trainer on a 12 month basis. If you are interested in a position where you are able to use your training, coaching & leadership skills than this is an ideal role for you!
You will be within the Customer Support training department who deliver outstanding staff development. This team pride themselves on making an impact across the business with their innovating and motivational training programmes.
Your duties will include:
• Deliver induction programmes to new starters
• Develop & develop new training programs
• Deliver customer workshops
• Coaching
To be a success in this role you would have ideally worked in a similar environment. You will have a proven track record developing technical training. You will have the ability to design and deliver complex training session and have the ability to explain technical & business issues in a clear straight forward manner.
