Working as part of a wider Human Resources team in this truly market leading, highly respected organisation, you will have significant previous exposure in training and delivery within a Learning & Development function. As a confident, commercially focussed and inspiring L&D Specialist you will have practical experience of project management - a proven capability in managing both processes and individuals to achieve timely and cost effective results.
This is a pivotal role where you will be analysing, designing and delivering core talent development programmes to both large groups and the senior management team alike, whilst also providing inspiration to your colleagues within the team. It is a role through which you will assist in shaping the company through astute evaluation of needs and commercially focussed solutions during a time of rapid change, leaving your mark within the organisation.
Flexible in your approach to work, you will be a highly organised, relationship focussed self-starter able to work well on your own initiative as well as within a team. In addition, an awareness of stakeholder management and expertise within e-learning would be advantageous.
You will have excellent skills to influence and build working relations at a senior management level. You will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, and have had exposure to a commercially focussed, fast paced, corporate environment.
