Our client, a leading international law firm based in beautiful City offices have an opportunity for a learning & development professional to help to drive forward ambitious, firm-wide plans for staff development.  The key responsibility will be working with the client group of support, secretarial, trainees and junior lawyers.  The post holder will be expected to deliver some training internally and act as an adviser to people within the business, managing training suppliers where they are used with their client groups. Working within a team of six there is a real opportunity to escalate the quantity and quality of development initiatives and increase the volume of management skills training. You will design, develop and deliver session personally or via external suppliers ensuring that the level of learning and development initiatives is of the highest quality. A strong relationship builder who can gain credibility quickly and is experienced operating in a professional services environment will be considered.
