Management Learning & Development Consultant - Management Development - London
World leading and highly profitable sales business is looking for a Management Development Training Specialist / Learning & Development Consultant to coach sales managers across the UK to be based in their Central London office.
This is a challenging and exciting role where you will head up a team tasked with furnishing the L&D / training needs of the sales managers of the organisation.
Three main areas of expertise required:
- 1. Experience in coaching at a management level
- 2. Experience in training delivery (60% coaching/40% training)
- 3. Have worked at management level in Personal Development Plans including the strategic level of proposing solutions.
Your job responsibilities will also include:
- To provide effective training, coaching and development solutions to all organisation sales management and support service management teams
- To deliver development solutions in accordance with SLA's
- To develop practically based training and development material in line with key development objectives of the organisation
- To provide follow-up support for delegates on-site and over the phone
- To participate in the effective evaluation of all development activities
- To suggest and implement recommendations for the continuous improvement of programmes and on-site activities
- Participate in Business Reviews with the relevant Development Manager
- To assist in any projects as and when required by the relevant Development Manager
- To demonstrate a sound knowledge of the company, it's operational structure, objectives and values
- To utilise a blended learning approach, particularly for more remote offices
