Job Description

Major London Borough based in Ilford Essex, are seeking to appoint a Temporary Organisational Developemt Advisor for a perios of 3 months. The contract will start on 1st September and will finish on 30th November 2008. There is a possibility that this could be extended.

Key Duties include:

Support managers to identify and meet development needs
Managing the Corporate L&D Programme
Support the work of the Workforce Development Group
Ad hoc projects
Work with admin and shared service support, including customer feedback.
Provide and analyse information
Policies and procedures
Customer Care
e-learning
Investors in People
NVQs
Performance Management
Trainees
CPD
Performance management
