Job Description
The role holder will work collaboratively with HR business partners, HR Consultancy and Organisational Development peers to understand the emerging needs of company employees and regulated firms in order to design, deliver and evaluate core learning programmes to support the needs of this financial services company in London.
The incumbent will apply all elements of the training cycle to deliver business outcomes and apply L&D strategies, policies and processes which take into account best practice, legislative requirements and the needs of the company now and in the future.
The successful candidate will design and deliver complex regulatory training to the business therefore MUST have experience in this particular area.
Significant experience in learning and development theory and application, particularly in Training and Competence principles and the design and delivery of core learning programs
Significant experience of financial regulation and industry
Project management
Some generalist HR experience
Experience of operating as part of an HR team and influencing business leaders
Knowledge of the HR business calendar and how it links with HR reference data in own area of expertise
Track record of ability in own specialised field
Recognised and credible for technical specialist knowledge
Some experience of the delivery challenge of other HR roles
