Senior HR Advisor – To £43,000
Central London
Our client a professional governing body based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor who has previous experience in both Organisational Development and HR Operations. Supporting the Director of HR you will be responsible for the implementation of the all HR strategy and will be working on a wide range of HR and OD projects.
Primarily you will be helping to create, update and implement a comprehensive set of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice. You will have the opportunity to apply your project management skills to develop a range of coherent HR procedures and provide management guidance. You will also be accountable for providing Managers with advice, organising and delivering briefing workshops and working closely with Managers to encourage innovation, creativity and organisational effectiveness. The organisation is currently working towards Investors in People so you will have input into making this a reality for the organisation. In addition, staff retention is key, so working on projects such as staff surveys and employee satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have full CIPD and will ideally possess a degree or relevant qualification relating to HR or Organisational Development. You must possess excellent knowledge of Employment Law and current legislation and have prior accountability of HR or OD project work from development through to implementation.
